Obama Promotes Bain Consultant

According to Washington Examiner, President Obama has promoted Jeffrey Zients to OMB director in his administration.

• Zients worked for Bain and Company from 1988 to 1990.

• Prior to this promotion, he served as Deputy Director of the Office of Management and Budget under Jack Lew.

• Obama strategist David Axelrod recently criticized Mitt Romney for having a "Bain mentality".

This should prove an interesting promotion among those who support President Obama and have already begun to assume that another Bain Alum, Mitt Romney, will be the Republican Presidential Nominee.
